If it is not working only in specific games, then the issue is most likely with No new drivers or BIOS update needed. I simply shut down Windows and turned the computer off. I took the keyboard apart to let it dry, but that didn't help.

How satisfied are you with this response? Kb-032 drivers are released by the manufacturers. However, after careful searching of others in this community with the same problem keyboard not working on various brands of computers after Windows 10 upgrade I decided to try the simplest troubleshooting method I read about.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community. Sure wish their support personnel knew about this and could pass this along to their customers. I don't want to lay blame on anyone but it seems Microsoft must have missed some clean-up procedures during the Windows 10 upgrade.
